A few days ago, the State Food and Drug Administration issued an announcement on the Implementation of the Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Enterprises' Responsibility for Quality and Safety of Cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as the Provisions). The Provisions consist of 33 articles in 5 chapters, which further standardize the responsibility supervision of cosmetics quality and safety subjects, and refine the job responsibilities, employment conditions and assessment system of quality and safety leaders. According to the announcement, the Provisions will come into force on March 1, 2023.
