*According to relevant media news, retail group KK intends to go public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has appointed a listed company. The initial plan is to raise 500 million US dollars (about 3.88 billion Hong Kong dollars).

 

*It is reported that in 2020, Sephora Shanghai’s main business revenue was 7.543 billion yuan, an increase of 2.08% year-on-year, and its net profit was 312 million yuan. Sephora Beijing’s revenue last year was 1.721 billion yuan, and its net profit was about 120 million yuan. This means Sephora China's total revenue last year was 9.264 billion yuan.

On June 3, the State Drug Administration issued an announcement on the implementation of the "Administrative Measures on Cosmetics Labeling", the main contents include:

1. The cosmetics label is defined, and the main responsibilities of the cosmetics registrant and recorder and the principle requirements for the content and form of the cosmetics label are clarified.

2. It stipulates the content that should be marked on the cosmetics label and the detailed requirements for the marking of each content, and stipulates the content that is prohibited to be marked on the cosmetics label.

3. According to the legislative thinking determined by the "Regulations", the specific circumstances of label defects are stipulated, and the application of relevant laws and regulations is clarified.
